EU4Youth “Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship” Programme Communication Support: Expert Solutions and Concrete Results
Since mid-2024, Magonova & Partners has been leading strategic communications for the EU4Youth “Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship” Programme, co-financed by the EU and Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Working alongside CPVA and QUBO, our team has successfully implemented a comprehensive communication strategy that connects Ukrainian youth with valuable European opportunities.
Our Key Achievements
Global Visibility
We’ve built partnerships with 15+ Ukrainian NGOs and EU stakeholders to enhance programme visibility. A highlight of our international communication efforts was the success story about a Ukrainian College of Europe scholarship recipient published on the EU Neighbours East portal. This story gained over 5,000 views and received significant recognition when Gert Jan Koopman, Head of the European Commission’s Enlargement Department, reposted it on X.
Event Amplification
For the “START” event in Kyiv (March 2025), organized by NGO Youth Platform and School of ME, we secured coverage across 10 national media outlets and partner organizations’ social media. The event gathered approximately 70 participants, including representatives from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, discussing social entrepreneurship opportunities for Ukrainian youth.
Youth Engagement
Our team developed a targeted distribution strategy for the FairEmployment survey through partnerships with 8 educational institutions and youth NGOs, including KNU, Osvitoria, and Kyiv Youth Center. This approach reached 150 respondents and increased labor rights awareness by 30% among participants.
Thought Leadership
We prepared and published an analytical article on NV about EU and Lithuanian support for veterans and IDPs. The publication reached approximately 20,000 readers and gained additional exposure when MP Taras Tarasenko shared it across three platforms, extending its reach to policymakers and stakeholders.
