Driving Economic Resilience: Magonova & Partners’ Strategic Support for CREATE!

At Magonova & Partners, we’re proud to amplify initiatives that power innovation and resilience. Through strategic communication support for the CREATE! grant program — launched by Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy with funding from the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF) and implemented by the KSE Foundation — we helped 65 Ukrainian women entrepreneurs grow their small and medium businesses.

Program Impact and Results

With $1M in funding, each grantee received up to $15,000. By April 2025, they had purchased 203 units of equipment — expanding production, automating processes, and scaling their businesses, even amidst wartime conditions.

Launched in April 2024, CREATE! processed 1197 applications, awarding each of the 65 winners a grant of up to $15,000 from a $1M budget.

The businesses of CREATE! winners span a wide range of manufacturing sectors, with key industries including food (26%), apparel (15%), and furniture (11%). We crafted a narrative that manufacturing innovation drives economic resilience, aligning with Ukraine’s “Made in Ukraine” policy.

  • Created the project’s visual style and website brief.

  • Oversaw a landing page that drew 60,000+ visits.

3. Influencer & Stakeholder Activation

  • Partnered with influencers and key institutions.

  • Secured visibility across media and stakeholder platforms. 

4. Content & Media Production

  • Delivered 100+ original materials — press, posts, visuals, one-pagers.

  • Produced videos on program impact — 2M+ views.

5. Strategic Media Placements

  • Secured participation of program stakeholders in the popular YouTube show “ebaut” — viewed over 200,000 times.

  • Delivered 5 special media projects with leading outlets such as Forbes, Liga.net, Delo.ua, WoMo, and ShoTam. 

6. Community Building & Post-Program Visibility

  • Co-organized a community event with Marie Claire Business, featuring program winners and fostering a support network. 

  • Ensured post-program communication maintained momentum and visibility of results.
