MAGONOVA & PARTNERS HELD A PRESS CONFERENCE OF ODESSA PORT PLANT AND AGRO GAS TRADING COMPANY

On July 25, Magonova & Partners successfully held a press conference between representatives of Agro Gas Trading company and PJSC OPP, where it was announced about cooperation with the condition that Agro Gas Trading company transfers 240 million m3 of natural gas for processing into fertilizers to Odessa port plant on a give-and-take basis in the amount of 89.36 million UAH. After the announcement of cooperation, on August 1, AGT and PJSC OPP announced the successful launch of Odessa Port Plant.

Under the contract with Agro Gas Trading company, the comprehensive media support was provided.

It means that the plant will pay off part of the debt to Naftogaz of Ukraine. People will go to work.
